| Mr. Battat is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, having been elected to those positions in May 2011. He served as the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2007 until May 2011. He has served as an officer or director of one or more of the Company's subsidiaries since joining the Company in 2005. Mr. Battat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law. |

| Ms.
Ferguson has been with the company since 2021 and has served as Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer since March 2023. Ms.
Ferguson was the company’s Corporate Controller from June 2021 until March
2023. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Ferguson was with Texas Instruments
Incorporated in various accounting and finance roles. Ms. Ferguson graduated
with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Tech
University. |
